Blokovia Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Coverage

Blokovia™ guarantees that all furniture products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period varies depending on the product and begins on the date of delivery.

If the product is found to be defective due to a manufacturing issue within the warranty period, Blokovia™ will, at its sole discretion, provide repair or replacement of parts at Blokovia™'s cost. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of any product or part that is determined to be defective due to manufacturing or material issues, and not the result of normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, or inherent characteristics of the materials used.

2. Claim Procedure

To ensure the warranty is valid, all claims must be submitted via email to service@blokovia.com. You must provide photos of the defect, your order number, and the original purchase confirmation email that includes the email address used at the time of purchase.

3. Limitations and Exclusions

Proper care and use are essential for maintaining your rights under this warranty. Damage caused by the use of improper cleaning agents or harsh chemicals is not covered.

  • This warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents, including burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, dents, or pet-related damage.
  • Unless otherwise stated, this warranty does not apply to products used outdoors.
  • Any alterations made to the product without authorization from Blokovia™ will void this warranty.
  • This warranty does not cover items not purchased directly from the Blokovia™ official website.
  • For complaints related to workmanship or material defects, Blokovia™'s decision is final and not subject to change.
  • Any item repaired or replaced under this limited warranty is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
  • Force Majeure, including events such as flash floods, earthquakes, or natural disasters, is not covered.
  • This warranty covers manufacturing defects discovered within the warranty period, including materials, replacement parts, labor, and shipping.
  • Comfort preferences are subjective and are not considered manufacturing defects.
  • For defects discovered after the warranty period, all costs—including parts, labor, and shipping—will be borne by the buyer.

4. Warranty Period

All Blokovia™ products undergo strict internal quality inspection to ensure durability. Please refer to the warranty coverage below:

  • Sofas: Materials, frame, workmanship, and non-lighting electronic components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty.
  • Exceptions: Fabric, seat cushions, leather covers, and LED lighting components are covered by a 1-year warranty.

5. Extended Protection

All Blokovia™ products come with standard warranty coverage. For additional peace of mind, you may purchase an extended protection plan. Simply select a warranty plan when ordering furniture on our website.
