Shipping policy
Thank you for choosing Blokovia™! We take great care to offer delivery methods and terms that meet your needs. Please read the following policy to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
1. Shipping Costs, Coverage & Taxes
- Coverage: We ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) and Washington, D.C. (We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or international addresses).
- Free Curbside Shipping: Available for all orders with a subtotal of $2,000 or more.
- Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under $2,000, a flat shipping fee of $69 will apply.
- Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. There are no hidden fees or unexpected fees applied after your purchase.
2. Available Delivery Methods
During checkout, you will be able to pick from a range of special delivery options. Additional flat fees apply transparently based on your selection:
- Curbside Drop-Off (Default): The carrier will safely unload the items to the ground for you at the loading area or in front of your building/house at the curb.
- Room of Choice Drop-Off ($75.00): The delivery team will bring your packages to a specific room of your choice inside your home.
- White Glove Delivery ($95.00): This service covers unloading, removal from the curbside to your chosen room, simple tool-free assembly, and the removal of the boxes and debris. (Note: The delivery team will not dispose of your old/original furniture).
Keep Your Packaging: We strongly advise you to keep the original packaging with you. Original packaging is strictly required should you need to initiate a return.
3. Delivery Process for Large Items
- Processing: Once your order is confirmed, it will be processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Standard transit time is typically 3–14 business days.
- Tracking: You will receive a notification email with tracking information once the items are shipped. Although your order consists of multiple manageable boxes, all boxes will generally arrive together at the same time.
- Scheduling an Appointment: For Room of Choice and White Glove deliveries, you will receive a phone call from our delivery carrier 24-48 hours in advance to arrange a convenient drop-off date and a delivery time window.
4. Tips & Rules for Delivery Service
- Signatures & Inspection: Signatures may be required for delivery. If you need to reschedule the delivery time, please reach out to the local delivery agent directly using the contact info provided in your tracking email. Please briefly inspect the outer boxes upon delivery. If you notice any severe damage to the packaging, please clearly write "DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt before signing.
- Address Accuracy & Rerouting: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. The customer is responsible for any reshipping or handling fees caused by incorrect addresses provided at checkout, package refusal, or absence at the scheduled delivery time.
- Non-Refundable Services: Once the upgraded delivery services (Room of Choice, White Glove) have been successfully initiated and rendered, those specific service fees are non-refundable.
5. Order Issues & Support
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience product damage, a lost shipment, or a package marked "Delivered" but not received, please contact us at service@blokovia.com within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery notice to ensure full support and full replacement eligibility.
