1. Introduction
Welcome to Blokovia™. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Blokovia™. By accessing or using our website and ordering products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place orders.
2. Definitions
“Blokovia™”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to the Blokovia™ entity operating this website. “You” or “Customer” refers to any person who accesses the site or purchases products. “Products” means any goods offered for sale on the website.
3. Agreement to Terms
These Terms, together with any other legal notices and policies posted on our website (including Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns, Warranty Policy, Accessibility Statement), form the full agreement between you and Blokovia™ regarding your use of the website and purchase of products.
4. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on the website and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the site after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account or place an order. By placing an order you represent that you meet this requirement.
6. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Blokovia™. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraud. An order confirmation email does not necessarily mean acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we ship the products to you or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.
7. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
We may change prices at any time prior to accepting your order. Payment is due at the time you place your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your shipping destination. (Since we only ship within the contiguous U.S., no international customs or import duties apply.)
8. Deposits & Pre-orders (if applicable)
If a product requires a deposit or full prepayment (for pre-orders or certain custom items), this will be clearly stated on the product page. Deposit and pre-order terms (including estimated ship dates and cancellation/refund rules) will be set out in the product description or at checkout.
9. Shipping & Delivery
9.1 Shipping Costs & Coverage: We ship to the contiguous United States (48 states) and Washington, D.C. (We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or international addresses).
- Orders of $2,000 and above: Eligible for Free Standard Shipping.
- Orders under $2,000: Subject to a $69 flat shipping fee.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts and before taxes. The final price you see at checkout is the total price you pay; there are no hidden carrier surcharges, stair fees, or weekend fees applied afterward.
9.2 Processing & Estimated Delivery Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after you receive your order confirmation. After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 3–14 business days, depending on your location and product availability. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
9.3 Multiple Packages: An order may ship in multiple manageable boxes. Generally, all boxes belonging to your order will arrive together at the same time. Tracking numbers will be provided for your shipment.
9.4 Address Accuracy & Failed Delivery: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. If delivery fails due to customer refusal, providing an invalid address at checkout, missed signature, or prolonged absence at the scheduled delivery time, you will be responsible for any actual reshipment or additional handling fees incurred.
9.5 Upgraded Delivery Services: We may offer optional upgraded delivery options (such as White-Glove Delivery or Room of Choice Drop-Off) for an additional flat fee at checkout. Fees paid for these upgraded delivery options are non-refundable once the service has been successfully initiated and rendered.
9.6 Delivery Issues & Claims: Your satisfaction is our priority. If you experience product damage, a lost shipment, or a package marked "Delivered" but not received, please contact us at service@blokovia.com within 7 days of the carrier’s delivery notice to ensure full support and full replacement eligibility.
10. Inspection, Acceptance & Title
Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery according to the shipping terms. Acceptance of delivery does not waive your right to claim for damaged or non-conforming products if reported within the 30-day timeframe specified in our Returns policy.
11. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
11.1 General Return Period & Fees: All standard returns for non-quality reasons — including personal preference, size issues, or change of mind — must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. To maintain full transparency and comply with Google Merchant Center standards, please note that all non-quality returns are subject to a fixed 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover warehouse processing, inspection, and restocking costs. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping associated with non-quality returns. Blokovia™ does not charge any additional packaging or hidden fees.
11.2 Damaged or Defective Items: If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged, please report it within 30 days for defects or within 7 days for transit damage from the delivery date by emailing service@blokovia.com. Please provide order information, full product photos, and defect close-ups. For confirmed quality defects or fulfillment errors reported within the timeframe, Blokovia™ will take full responsibility, provide a prepaid return label, and cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
11.3 Packaging Requirements: Original packaging (outer boxes, protective foam, bags, hardware, and instructions) must be retained in reusable condition to ensure safe transit back to our warehouses.
11.4 Non-Returnable Items: Clearance items (marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance") are non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective upon delivery. Customized items with modifications beyond standard retail options and unauthorized returns are also not eligible for standard return.
11.5 Mandated Return Authorization & Addresses: You must first contact our customer service team at service@blokovia.com to obtain an official return authorization prior to shipping any items back. Items returned unauthorized, or packages directly sent back to our warehouses without our prior written consent, will be strictly refused and will not be eligible for a refund. Approved returns must be shipped securely to one of our official fulfillment centers below:

11.6 Refund Timing: Your refund will be verified and processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse facility, applied to your original payment method.
12. Cancellations
You may request cancellation of your order prior to shipment. We will notify you when your order is being prepared for shipment and you have 24 hours to request a change or cancellation without charge. After that, if shipment has been prepared or processed, cancellations may be subject to a restocking fee as set out in our Returns policy. Orders for clearance or custom items cannot be changed or cancelled.
13. Warranty & Protection Plans
13.1 Standard Warranty: Blokovia™ provides a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty period begins on the delivery date. (Note: Damages occurred during transportation are not covered under warranty and must be reported within 7 days of the delivery date as per our Shipping Policy).
13.2 Warranty Coverage: Sofas (materials, frame, workmanship) are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. Fabric, seat cushions, and leather covers are covered by a 1-year warranty. Items found defective under warranty will be repaired or replaced at Blokovia™’s discretion, at no cost to you.
13.3 Exclusions: This warranty does not cover negligence, misuse, accident, abnormal or excessive use, modification or improper cleaning, pet damage, commercial use, or normal wear and tear.
13.4 Warranty Claim Process: To make a warranty claim, email service@blokovia.com with order confirmation (order number & purchase email), photos of the defect, and a brief description. Our after-sales team will reply within 3 business days.
14. Product Care & Replacement Parts
Product care instructions and availability of replacement modules/parts are detailed on each product page. Replacement parts may be available for purchase; associated shipping and handling fees may apply. We encourage customers to follow care instructions to prolong product life.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Blokovia™’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products sold shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the applicable products. In no event shall Blokovia™ be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Blokovia™ and its affiliates harmless from any claim, loss, liability, expense or demand arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the site, or violation of applicable law.
17. Intellectual Property
All content on the site (including text, images, logos, designs) is protected by intellectual property laws and is the property of Blokovia™ or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use such content without our prior written consent.
18. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and use your personal data. We collect account information, payment information, device and usage data, marketing preferences, and customer support communications. We use this information to process orders, manage accounts, provide customer service, send marketing communications (with consent), analyze and improve our site, and comply with legal obligations. Blokovia™ is committed to making our website accessible to everyone, including individuals with disabilities. We strive to comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines and relevant ADA standards. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
