What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which typically include major credit cards and other secure digital payment options. Payment is due at the time you place your order.

How do I cancel my order?+

Please contact us immediately. You can cancel for free within 24 hours of the "preparing for shipment" alert. If the shipment has already been prepared or processed, a restocking fee may apply (as per our Return Policy). Note that custom or clearance items cannot be cancelled.

How much does shipping cost and where do you ship?+

We offer Free Standard Shipping for all orders within the contiguous United States (48 states) and Washington, D.C.. Currently, free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.

How long will it take to receive my order?+

Once confirmed, orders are processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, standard delivery typically takes 3–14 business days, depending on your location and inventory availability.

Can I schedule a specific delivery time?+

We currently can’t guarantee specific delivery times, but you can coordinate with the carrier once notified.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?+

Please inspect your delivery immediately. If you find any damage, contact us at service@blokovia.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number, tracking number, and photos of the damage. We will coordinate with the carrier to resolve it.

Do you offer in-home delivery and assembly services?+

Yes, we offer an optional White-Glove Delivery Service at checkout for an additional fee. This premium service includes delivery to your room of choice, professional assembly, and the removal of all packaging materials.

Is the White-Glove Service fee refundable if I return the sofa?+

No. The White-Glove Service fee is non-refundable once the service has been completed. If you decide to return the product later, please ensure you retain the original packaging, as it is required for returns.

Will my modular sofa arrive in one box?+

Likely not. Due to the modular nature of our products, your order may be shipped in multiple packages, but we will try our best to ensure they arrive at the same time.

What if my shipment is delayed?+

In rare cases of delays (weather or carrier issues), we’ll notify you and provide updated delivery estimates.

My tracking says "Delivered" but I haven't received it. What now?+

If your package is marked "Delivered" but missing, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of the delivery notice. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for full support due to carrier investigation limits.

Do I need to be home to sign for the delivery?+

It depends on the carrier, but generally, we recommend being present. If delivery fails because the recipient is absent and a signature is required, you may be responsible for re-delivery fees.

Does the sofa require assembly?+

Yes, but it’s very easy. Each module clicks into place without tools.

How long does assembly take?+

Two people can usually assemble the sofa within 30 minutes.

Can I assemble it alone?+

Small setups can be done solo, but we recommend two people for larger configurations.

How are the modules connected?+

The modules are securely joined using metal connectors for stability.

Do you sell replacement covers?+

Yes, replacement covers in various colors and fabrics are available for purchase.

How do I care for the stain-resistant fabric?+

Simply wipe spills with a damp cloth. For stubborn stains, use a mild cleaner.

Can I rearrange the modules later?+

Yes, you can easily rearrange modules to fit your changing space.

How do I keep my cushions looking full and fluffy?+

To maintain comfort and shape, we recommend rotating and flipping your seat and back cushions regularly. Gently patting them helps redistribute the filling (especially for our feather-blend cushions) and keeps them looking their best.

What if I encounter an issue during assembly?+

Refer to the included manual or watch our step-by-step assembly videos online.

Since the covers are removable, are they machine washable?+

While all our covers are fully removable for your convenience, we do not recommend machine washing. Machine agitation can cause shrinkage, deformation, or fabric damage. We strongly recommend professional upholstery cleaning or gentle hand washing with mild detergent, followed by air drying in the shade.

How do I clean liquid spills?+

Accidents happen! Our performance fabrics are water-repellent, giving you time to react. If a spill occurs, immediately blot the liquid gently with a clean, dry white cloth. Do not rub, as this can push the liquid deeper into the fibers. For stubborn stains, please consult a professional cleaner.

I noticed some pilling on my fabric. Is this a defect?+

No, pilling is a natural characteristic of many woven fabrics and is not a quality issue. It is caused by loose fibers surfacing during use. You can easily remove pills using a standard fabric shaver or lint remover to restore the smooth look of your sofa.

Our frames are built to last, using FSC-certified Russian pine and multi-layer solid wood for structural stability. The modules are connected with 5mm thick carbon steel hardware, ensuring a precise and sturdy connection that won't wobble over time.

Can I replace just one part if it gets damaged?+

What if my product arrives damaged?+

Take photos and contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.

What does the warranty cover?+

Yes, exchanges for other models or colors are available.

What items are non-returnable?+

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned: clearance items, custom-made products, items marked "Non-returnable", and items that have been assembled or are missing original packaging.

What is the warranty coverage for the sofa?+

We offer a tiered warranty to protect your investment:
2-Year Limited Warranty: Covers the frame, structure, workmanship, and non-lighting electronic components.
1-Year Warranty: Covers fabrics, seat cushions, leather covers, and LED components.

What is excluded from the warranty?+

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, negligence, misuse, accidents (such as burns or cuts), pet damage, or improper cleaning methods. It also does not apply to products used outdoors or for commercial purposes.

How do I file a warranty claim?+

Please email service@blokovia.com with your order number, a copy of your original purchase email, and clear photos or a description of the defect. Our team will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.

If my product is defective, will you repair or replace it?+

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Blokovia will, at its sole discretion, provide repair or replacement parts at no cost to you. We aim to solve the issue in the most efficient way possible.

When will I receive my refund after a return?+

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will process your refund within 7 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method.
