We are committed to providing you with an exceptional shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or encounter a product quality issue, Blokovia™ offers a flexible and fully transparent return and exchange policy. Please review our guidelines below to ensure a smooth process.

1. General Policy & Reporting Timeframes

Please inspect your items upon delivery. To ensure smooth support and comply with carrier investigation windows, any product or shipping issues must be reported within the following timeframes:

  • Shipping & Transit Damage: Please report any packaging or product damage within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Quality & Manufacturing Defects: If you discover a structural or functional defect during assembly or initial use, please report it within 30 days of the delivery date.

1.1 Packaging Requirements

  • Original Packaging: Includes outer cardboard boxes, inner protective foam/bubble wrap, plastic bags, hardware bags, and assembly instructions. All components must be retained in reusable condition for a standard return.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item has a manufacturing defect or arrived damaged, please email the following to service@blokovia.com within the applicable timeframe (30 days for defects, 7 days for transit damage):

  • Photos of the entire item
  • Close-up photos of the defect or damage (multiple angles)
  • Product name, order number, and a photo of the product label (located at the bottom of the item)
  • Photo of the original packaging conditions

Return Shipping for Verified Defects: For returns due to confirmed quality defects or fulfillment errors, Blokovia™ will take full responsibility, provide a prepaid return label, and cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

Damages or defects reported after 30 days of the delivery date will be handled under our standard Warranty Policy.

3. Return Conditions and Fees

3.1 Returns for Non-Quality Issues (Personal Preference)

All standard returns for non-quality reasons — including personal preference, size issues, or change of mind — must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. To maintain transparency and comply with Google Merchant Center standards, please note that all non-quality returns are subject to a fixed 20% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your final refund amount to cover warehouse processing, inspection, and restocking costs. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping associated with non-quality returns.

3.2 Partial Returns

Partial returns (e.g., returning only one module of a sectional sofa) are accepted. The standard 20% restocking fee applies to each returned item individually based on its proportional value.

3.3 Upgraded Delivery Services

Fees paid for upgraded delivery options (such as White-Glove Delivery or Room of Choice Drop-Off) are non-refundable once the service has been successfully initiated and rendered.

3.4 Failed Delivery Issues

If a scheduled delivery fails due to customer refusal, providing an invalid/incorrect address at checkout, or missing a confirmed delivery appointment, the customer will be responsible for the actual additional shipping or redelivery charges incurred.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for standard return or refund:

  • Clearance Items: Items clearly marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" on the product page are non-returnable, unless the item arrives damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • Customized Items: Any product with custom modifications beyond our standard retail options confirmed during checkout.
  • Unauthorized Returns: Any item returned without prior official confirmation and authorization from our support team.

5. How to Initiate a Return & Official Return Addresses

Email service@blokovia.com with your order number, item(s) to be returned, reason for return, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Once your return request is officially authorized and approved via email, you will be directed to ship the items securely. You must first contact our customer service team to obtain an official return authorization prior to shipping any items back. Items returned unauthorized, or packages directly sent back to our warehouses without our prior written consent, will be strictly refused and will not be eligible for a refund.

Once authorized, items must be shipped to one of our official fulfillment centers below:

Your refund will be verified and processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse facility.

6. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

6.1 How long does it take to receive my refund?

  • PayPal: 5–7 business days after return inspection.
  • Credit Card / Apple Pay / Google Pay / Affirm: Refund is initiated immediately post-inspection (your banking institution may take additional business days to post the balance back to your account).

6.2 Why do we charge a return fee and how is it calculated?

For standard personal preference returns, we charge a 20% restocking fee to cover transit logistics, quality inspection, and restocking labor.

Example Calculation for a Non-Quality Return:

  • Original Order: Product $500 + Standard Shipping $69 = $569 Total Paid
  • Refund Calculation: Product Price $500 - 20% Restocking Fee ($100) = $400 Eligible Product Refund
  • Note: The original shipping fee ($69) is non-refundable for non-quality returns.

6.3 Why must I keep the original packaging?

Our custom packaging is engineered specifically to protect large modular furniture during transit. Returning items without proper structural protection significantly increases the risk of damage, which may result in a denial of the return by our warehouse inspectors.
